Kenmore School Chaplaincy
The Kenmore State High Chaplaincy Service complements the school's support services by focusing on pastoral care, providing a listening ear and caring presence, for students from grades 7 to 12 as they deal with friendship issues, grief and loss, mental health struggles, parental separation and many other life events. While Chaplains operate from Christian principles and values, the service is available to all students, regardless of religious outlook, and respects their right to hold their own beliefs and values. The Chaplaincy Service provides a range of weekly programs for students ranging from sport to study or simply a place for students to relax. Chaplains regularly provide assistance with school events and activities and may also help coordinate support for families in distress.
Kenmore-Brookfield Anglican parish recognises the valuable contribution the Kenmore State High School Chaplaincy Service provides to the entire Kenmore State High school community. Encouraged by the same Christian principles as the Chaplains, the parish is pleased to support the service through a monthly donation from its outward giving and mission commitment.
Allison Baden Clay Foundation
The Allison Baden-Clay Foundation aims to raise funds for the development of programs which aid prevention of domestic and family violence through education.
Through your donation, more people will be educated on how to prevent family and domestic violence.

Anglicare Youth Homelessness Project
Recent data shows that nearly a quarter of Australians experiencing homelessness are aged between 12 and 24. Additionally, the Brisbane South/Logan corridor has a significant shortage of immediate need accommodation for young people facing homelessness.
Anglicare’s Youth Homelessness Project features a modern build that is custom designed to support young people (aged 16-25) who are either experiencing, or at risk of experiencing, homelessness.
In addition to accommodation in a first-class facility, residents will be able to access wrap-around support focused on their social and emotional wellbeing and their journey toward independence. This may include a range of psychological and psychosocial supports, connection to education, training and employment opportunities, relationship building, financial literacy and other forms of counselling, and cultural and spiritual connections
For as long as a young person is accommodated with us, this housing is designed to provide them with their own, individual space and a place that they can call home. This service will provide young people with the stability and space they need to pursue the future they choose for themselves.

Anglican Board of Mission
ABM is the national mission agency of the Anglican Church of Australia working with overseas and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and communities. ABM works with partners both in Australia and overseas to provide support, and assist with community driven development projects that cover issues such as basic health and education, food security and livelihood support.
We support ABM by the use of small change boxes, the annual Lenten appeal, the Archbishop’s November Appeal and through the saving of used stamps.
You can also donate direct to any of ABM’s current appeals, such as the Gaza & West Bank Emergency Appeal.
This appeal seeks funds for the following: Costs of medical services for vulnerable outpatients at the Anglican Ahli Hospital and medical facilities in the West Bank, the costs of medical services for vulnerable inpatients, assistance to those injured, displaced or economically impacted by conflict in the West Bank, recovery phase for displaced residents of Gaza (expected to include economic and shelter assistance but details to come later, following assessment of gaps in needs), education subsidies at Christian National Kindergarten Nablus and Saint George’s School for those most affected by the economic crisis in the West Bank.
